Our Guides.
Our Guides are members of the local community who lead a team of AspireYouth participants and run their own small business supported by AspireYouth. The Guides provide mentorship and links to opportunities, ensure the training material is covered, work with each young person in ensuring Individual Development Plans are realised; and help monitor when psycho-social support is required. Our guides are caring and compassionate change agents with entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to young people.
